Who We Are...

JLC Bookkeeping Plus was founded in 2005. Charity Williams, Owner and Founder of
JLC Bookkeeping Plus, has more than 20 years of experience in accounting.

Throughout the years Charity has assisted with start-up companies and existing companies. She works closely with the business owners in order to implement the best accounting practices. Each client is treated individually and services are customized based upon their needs. She has worked with a variety of industries including manufacturing, service based, medical, and non-profit organizations.

In addition, Charity teaches continuing eduction classes at a local community college,
WITC - New Richmond, specializing in QuickBooks.

Charity Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

In 2016, Joni Rust-VanDusartz joined the JLC Bookkeeping Plus team. Joni brings with her 20 years of experience handling the day to day operations of owning two separate businesses. Joni holds a degree in accounting and has the ability to not only handle the payable and receivable tasks, monthly reconciliations, payroll processing, quarterly tax filings and job costing, but also the skills and experience of assisting a CPA for a number of years with the up front work needed for tax preparation. This experience is an added bonus as issues can be addressed prior to year-end tax filing at a fraction of the cost.

In addition, Joni brings to the table experience working in the banking environment as a
credit analyst where she reviewed financials and formulated cash flow statements.
